Walk along Congress Street

As you walk along Congress Street you see you have so many options! Stop at Jo’s for a coffee and pastry or Juice Austin for an amazing smoothie and continue on to local shops and restaurants!

Jo’s Hot Coffee Good Food

A popular spot on Congress avenue for a quick bite and coffee fix. Take a stroll and hit some shops for one of a kind Texas trinkets.

Juice Austin

A storage container turned into a trendy smoothie bar!

For a great day or night out there’s a great sausage and beer garden and beer houses all just a walk away from a popular kayaking spot on the Colorado river

Visit the State Capital

The state capital is a beautiful building filled with so much history! It it free to enter and to have a guided tour.

Pennybacker Bridge – 360 Bridge Lookout Point

The 360 Bridge supplies a fantastic view across the Colorado River! This is a short walk up a hill (not an actual hike, takes about 5 mins to get to this view point). This is a popular spot for locals and tourists, so be sure to go early for less people.

Numero 28 Pizzeria & Vineria

I myself love a good pizza and glass of wine; this restaurant satisfied my intense craving! The waiters are Italian (as well as the titles on the menu) and the pizza is incredible! Don’t forget to grab gelato afterwards.

This recreational area and spans over 350 acres. Hiking, biking, kayaking, and sports are just some of the activities to do at this park! Take a stroll to the Botanical Gardens for a beautiful view.

Cafe Nena’i

A bit off the beaten path. Located in Montopolis, this South American cafe is perfect if you want to beat the heavy brunch crowds! Grab a “cafecito”, bollo, and an empanada to satisfy those taste buds. Plus you get a cute seat outside!
